To effectively provide sales support, help the Head of Sales in closing new deals, find new
leads in the region and being the main representative of JacTravel in Brazil and Latin America.
Also the role will entail some administration and account management tasks as required.
The role will have the specific responsibility of supporting the sales activity in relation to the
priorities set by the senior management and ultimately the strategy for growth on which we
agree. Tasks might vary from time to time so the Sales Manager will need to show flexibility
and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide sales support to the Head of Sales
· Help the head of sales closing certain agreed deals
· Undertake ad-hoc projects
· Training and account management tasks as required
· Undertake any further administrative tasks required by the senior management and the
Head of Sales
· Keep the CRM system updated and accurate for the markets assigned
· Unblocking issues with clients in development or recently gone live
· Product analysis on client sites / systems
· Achieve target of new sales (or assist towards achieving new sales target for that region, to be set annually)
· Operations support
· Represent JacTravel at key trade shows as required
· Travelling from time to time as required
Requisitos

Essential:
· A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
· Highly accurate with an excellent attention to detail
· Well developed written and verbal communication skills
· Self motivated, flexible and adaptable
· Ability to make decisions and to work on own initiative and in a team
· Numerical skills and common sense
· Commercial awareness and an understanding of on-line hotel distribution channels
· Ability to work to tight deadlines and excellent organisational skills
· Ability and flexibility to travel and represent JacTravel at trade shows
· Good commercial acumen and strong negotiations skills
· Fluent in English and Portuguese, and minimum of conversational Spanish
· Proactive individual who knows how to think out of the box
Desirable:
· Experience within the tourism / hotel industry and have general knowledge of online
segment
· Good knowledge of the Brazilian market, B2B distribution, and well connected within the
Brazilian market at senior level
